ABOUT US

After acquiring over 20 years HR practitioner experience for a wide variety of employers in the insurance, manufacturing and construction sectors with between 75 and 300 employees, Peeps HR now has it’s our own client portfolio ranges from between 7 and 70 employees.

We are adept at handling those difficult conversations and keeping you on the right side of law when carrying out formal procedures, however we also enjoy helping clients attract and retain the best talent through designing robust job and competency design and reward and recognition schemes.

FRIENDLY WORD ABOUT JAYNE

DEUTZ UK and Jayne first met in 2007 when she joined the company as their interim HR Manager tasked with navigating them through a complex organisational change. This meant taking all of the stakeholders on a journey while ensuring employee retention and continuity of service delivery.

In 2012 Jayne was asked to embed a performance management system and here Mike Nugent talks about what this meant to him as Manager of the Aftersales Team.

Peeps HR was established to fulfil Jayne’s desire to use the knowledge and skills she attained while working commercially and then professionally in larger organisations, to help the smaller business prosper and grow painlessly.

We turn ‘compliance’, which can often been seen as a necessary evil, into ‘quality’ and then we turn ‘quality’ into ‘capability’ with our value-added HR products, projects and programmes.

Our approach is one of mentorship, we transfer our knowledge about all things people related, from how best to attract and acquire the best talent, through to how best to engage, motivate and retain them.
